Refurbishment works at the Fitzwilliam Museum

From today, Galleries 3, 4, 5 and the Founder's entrance and staircase will be closed for refurbishment works. This is to support the essential project work being completed in the Founder's Building. Galleries 1 and 2 remain closed at this time.

Gallery 6 will also have restricted access whilst essential repair work is completed in that area.

Our Founder's entrance and staircase will re-open on 1st February, but those Galleries will remain closed until further notice.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused to your visit.
