The manuscript has 20 quires. Apart from a single bifolio at the beginning (fols. i-ii), the quires are quaternions (consisting of four bifolios). Both the modern and medieval quire marks are noted in the collation diagram. The medieval quire marks are the Roman numerals in square brackets.
