Japanese prints

The Fitzwilliam Museum's collection of Japanese prints is not on permanent display because they are very sensitive to light. Selections are regularly displayed in themed exhibitions for limited periods in the purpose-designed Shiba Room. Details of many of the prints can be found on the Collections Explorer, and the prints may be viewed by appointment in the Museum's Study Room.
