Milk bowl

A Late Cypriot II (1450 B.C. — 1200 B.C.) round-bottomed milk bowl, coated in cream slip with 'hooked chain' and lattice-work patterns. These hemispherical bowls, usually with wishbone handles, like this example, were very popular in the Aegean and the Levant during the Late Cypriot Period (1600-1050 B.C.)
