Making a Booking
All groups need to be booked at least one week in advance through the Education and Bookings administrator, telephone 01223 332904 or email email@example.com.
If you come to the museum without making a booking you may be refused entrance.
During Cambridgeshire school term we are unable to accept large groups during the morning, as there is other teaching going on in the galleries at this time.
When making the booking we will need to know the following information:
- Your name and the name of the group
- The size of your group
- The date and time you hope to make your visit.
- If you wish to lecture.
Leaders or organisers may be required to divide their parties into groups, which are small enough to avoid inconvenience to other visitors.
Groups of children aged 15 & under should be supervised by an adult at all times.
Please make sure that students who are under the age of 16 are accompanied by an adult. We recommend an adult ratio of 1:10 student.
There is no admission fee, however the museum would appreciate a donation of £1 per person (the suggested minimum is £10 per group).
Visitors with special needs
Access for wheelchair users is through the courtyard entrance. If any member of your group has any type of special need that we do not know about already, please tell us so that we can do all we can to help.
There is no public parking space at the Museum, but there are 2 hour meters in the immediate vicinity. Coaches may drop off and collect outside the Courtyard Entrance.
All groups must enter the Museum through the Courtyard Entrance where the leaders can check in at the Reception desk.
