Other Notes | Ignace Henri Jean Theodore Fantin-Latour (1836-1904) was a French Painter and Lithographer. Fantin-Latour, James Whistler and Alhonse Legros formed the Societe de Trois in 1858, although in 1865 Legros was replaced by Albert Moore. Fantin-Latour introduced Whistler to Gustave Courbet and his circle of artists. |
