To mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, The Fitzwilliam Museum is showcasing the first major exhibition in this country of more than 80 works created in Jingdezhen by over 50 contemporary ceramicists.

A selection of technically inventive prints by Frankl that grew out of sketches made while touring the Alps on his BMW motorbike in 1928. Complemented by works of his contemporaries.

See incredible monumental and intricate sculptures by three internationally renowned contemporary sculptors; Helaine Blumenfeld, Peter Randall-Page and Kan Yasuda.

All Ages (under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult)
Visit our Fitz Family Welcome Point in the Courtyard and collect drawing materials, activities and trails to use throughout the Museum, exploring a variety of themes.

Tuesday 29 January: 10.00 – 11.30
Ages 2 – 5 (must be accompanied by an adult)
Looking at art can be magical. Explore work in the collections and make art of your own in the studio to take home.
