Ancient Greek bronze coin from Ikesankom Konbouto, 100 BC
This bronze coin is from the ancient Greek colony at Ikesankom Konbouto in Spain, now the modern city of Alcalá de Henares. Minted around 100 BC, the obverse shows a male head with waved hair with a dolphin to the right and the inscription 'KONBOUTO', and the reverse a horseman carrying a spear and the inscription 'IKESANKOM'.
