The eGuide is the Fitzwilliam's handheld multimedia guide. It offers audio and visual information covering a wide selection of some of the Museum's highlights and lesser-known exhibits. New tour stops have been added to the eGuide on the theme of Hidden Histories. These tell the fascinating stories behind the Cambridge Hoard and the jewellery of Anne Hull Grundy. On the Cambridge Hoard you can hear archaeologist Richard Mortimer, museum curator Martin Allen and crime writer Susanna Gregory speak about their connections with this medieval treasure. The Anne Hull Grundy entry provides an insight into the intriguing life of this jewellery and silver collector.

Gallery Trail
Hidden Histories: Cambridge Collectors explores how the museum director Sir Sydney Cockerell, the medieval historian Philip Grierson, the gallery owner Henry Rothschild and the economist John Maynard Keynes all influenced the history of collecting.
