Description | Folding paper leaf fan of assymetrical design. The front leaf is decorated with a floral spray and butterflies,painted in red on brown silk(?) leaf; the reverse leaf design is an assymetrical copy of this design, outlined in red. The sticks and guards (18+2) are of brown lacquer, decorated in painted gold with chinese garden scenes, bordered with flowers and leaves. Brass alloy (?) rivet with two, brown silk tassels. |
