½ Oz of tincture of Tolu
½ Oz of Friar’s Balsam
½ Oz of Paragoric
40 drops of laudanum

Take one teaspoonful to seven teaspoonfuls of water not quite raw cold twice a day viz - morning and evening, eating nor drinking nothing for an hour afterwards - a proportionable quantity for a child.
