PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Parchment, 130 x 130 mm, one fragmentary four-line musical stave ruled in red ink and fragmentary words, […]petus le[…], on reverse.

DECORATION: Historiated initial in pink with acanthus extensions on blue grounds with delicate, white scroll motifs, inner red grounds with gold scroll motifs: [O] Saintly bishop kneeling in prayer as an angel flies down to him.
