Hollstein suggested that this print may have been executed by an early pupil, such as Karel van der Pluym. It is a modified reverse copy of 'The artist's mother seated at a at a table, looking right: Three quarter length' (approx. 1631), and if by an early pupil, can probably be dated to around 1632.
