A youthful goddess

This figure’s dress, the tunic bound tightly under the breasts and the heavy cloak rolled across her waist, is a popular style of the later Greek period. It is often worn by younger goddesses such as Hygieia, daughter of Asklepios, and Persephone, daughter of Demeter.
